Product Description

Gravity Perks Multi-page Navigation enhances the user experience of multi-page Gravity Forms by adding a visible progress indicator and clickable page navigation. By default, multi-page forms only show Next and Previous buttons. This perk adds a step indicator that shows all form pages, lets users click to jump between completed pages, and displays their current position in the form.

Progress Indicator

A visual progress bar or step indicator appears at the top of the form showing all pages in the form workflow. Users can see how many steps remain, which pages they have completed, and where they currently are in the form submission process.

Clickable Navigation

  • Users can click on completed page indicators to return to previous sections
  • Page validation ensures required fields are filled before advancing
  • Navigation respects Gravity Forms conditional logic for page visibility
  • Configurable to allow or restrict backward navigation as needed

Display Options

The navigation indicator supports multiple display styles including numbered steps, progress bars, and labeled page indicators. Styling can be customized through CSS to match your site design, and the indicator is responsive for mobile form submissions.

Form Flow Control

  • Optional restriction to only allow navigation to completed pages
  • Works with Gravity Forms save and continue functionality
  • Integrates with conditional page logic for dynamic form flows
  • Accessible markup for screen reader compatibility

4/10

Multi-page Navigation significantly improves the user experience of long Gravity Forms. The progress indicator reduces form abandonment by showing users how far they have progressed, and clickable navigation makes editing previous answers convenient.

Our Verdict

A valuable add-on for any multi-page Gravity Forms implementation where user experience and form completion rates matter.
